This church project was a design-build project that Erickson Balmer Construction completed in 2023 for Waukee United Methodist Church. The building was designed with the community and building efficiency in mind. Classrooms are furnished with moveable partitions and the worship center also doubles as a gymnasium. The building houses a large kitchen, offices, and outdoor patio.
