Erickson Balmer Construction worked directly the city of Perry, IA to redevelop 1.1 acres of land in the heart of Perry. This redevelopment project consisted of four duplexes which added a total of 8 three bedroom rental units to the Perry housing market. These rental units are unique in the Perry market and provide a much needed higher-end rental unit complete with an attached 2-car garage and large yard.
