This building is the new showroom and warehouse for Green’s Appliance. Erickson Balmer Construction developed and designed this building and site from ground up as a spec project and this warehouse was purchased while construction was underway to house Green’s Appliance. Built out of insulated precast panels, this building is designed to last for decades to come with minimal maintenance.
