Gateway Crossing is an 11,000sf retail building designed by Hartman Trapp Architecture. This building is prominently located in Johnston on Merle Hay Road. The building features an award winning hombre brick pattern and was originally designed with two drive-through lanes. The building is now home to Caribou Coffee and will soon be home to Des Moines’ first Cheba Hut sandwich shop.
