Erickson Balmer Construction worked developed this rental property from the ground-up. The project consists of 47 identical rental townhome units across a total of eleven buildings. Each rental unit features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a two car garage. While building this project Erickson Balmer Construction utilized a pre-fabrication process for framing which significantly condensed the construction schedule, reduced lumber waste drastically, and improved the aesthetic of the project while under construction.
